This is a great book! It's packed with so much good, solid information. Jonathan didn't just throw together information found in fitness magazines ; he obviously researched and thought through his concepts. I think so many people, myself included, work on our diets and exercise but fail to remember that the mind truly can be motivating or discouraging. How can a person really be all he /she wants to be if they are constantly belittling themselves? If you take the time to put these three areas of your life in order... Mind, fitness, diet...you can achieve the body you want and deserve. Jonathan did the research for you... Read his book and start your journey to a better you!

What a great read! This book is "Powerful" and written in a way that is easy to understand, for both someone who might just be starting their journey to a healthy lifestyle OR someone who has already started their journey, but is looking for a better understand on the mindset, nutrition and physical fitness they should strive for. The author, Jonathan lays it all out for you, now you just have to remember the words from the mindset portion and get started.
